Put the news on the office TV
The Office Wall. The day's top egg-industry stories, full screen on a TV in your office, sales floor or break room, refreshed through the day. Pair the TV with a short code; no one has to sign in on the TV. The team admin adds your company logo once and it shows on every wall your team runs.

- One admin for every seat. Invite colleagues by email, remove someone and reuse their seat, and see who is on the team. Only the admin handles billing.
- One bill. Pay by card online, or on a Net 30 invoice with your purchase order number, by card or US bank transfer (ACH).
- One plan for the whole team. $799 a year for 5 seats, $1,499 for 10 or $2,999 for 25. Seats 6 to 10 add $140 a year each, and seats 11 to 25 add $100 a year each.

Paying online by card
Online checkout covers 5 to 25 seats.
$799/yr for 5 seats — about $13 a seat a month.
Free for 7 days. Card required up front. On November 15 the card you enter is charged the plan price shown above, and renews yearly until you cancel. Cancel before November 15 and you pay nothing. One free trial per account. The admin cancels any time from Manage billing, with no email or call needed.
Individual Pro is $29 a month or $199 a year per person, each on their own bill. Choose Team for the single admin, the one bill or a purchase order.
How to start
- Request your team invoice with the form below. No card is needed to request an invoice.
- Pay it Net 30, by card or US bank transfer (ACH), with your PO number on it.
- Bring everyone in. As the team admin, you invite colleagues by email, or list them on the form and we send the invites. Each colleague creates an account or signs in with the invited email, then accepts to join your team.

What happens next
- We email your invoice within one business day: Net 30, paid by card or US bank transfer (ACH). More than 25 seats is the Company-wide plan, $4,999 a year.
- Once we confirm your request, your account gets 7 days of Pro while we process the invoice.
- When it is paid, we set up your team's seats, and we invite the colleagues you list for you.

Questions
Can we swap someone out?
Yes. The admin removes the person and the seat is free straight away, then invites the replacement by email. A swap costs nothing. The person removed keeps their sign-in.
How do we add seats?
The admin adds seats from Manage billing, or emails [email protected] and we add them. Seats 6 to 10 add $140 a year each, and seats 11 to 25 add $100 a year each. Online checkout goes up to 25 seats. More than 25 seats is the Company-wide plan, $4,999 a year, invoiced through [email protected].
When does it renew?
Team and Company-wide renew every year. Card checkout renews on the card. Invoice-billed plans: we email your renewal invoice on your renewal date, due in 30 days, by card or ACH bank transfer. To change seats or cancel, email [email protected] before your renewal date.
Can we pay by invoice or purchase order?
Yes. Use the invoice request form and put your PO number in its PO field, which comes to us with the request, or email [email protected] with the seat count and PO number. The invoice is Net 30, paid by card or US bank transfer (ACH). Once we confirm the request, your account gets 7 days of Pro while the invoice is processed, and the team's seats are set up separately.
Is there a money-back guarantee?
Individual Pro plans carry this one: “30-day money-back guarantee — if EggWire Pro doesn't earn its keep, email [email protected] within 30 days of being charged for a full refund.” It does not cover Team plans. A team tries EggWire through the free trial instead. If something has gone wrong with a charge, write to us and we will deal with it fairly (see /terms).
How do we cancel?
The admin cancels from Manage billing, with no email or call needed. Cancel during the 7-day trial and you pay nothing. After that, everyone keeps access until the end of the paid year.
